The incorporation of my company - what does it mean for you?

I have decided to incorporate my company, so you will see a few small changes in the appearance of documents and invoices, as well as ways to pay those invoices.

Incorporated companies need to include their Company Registration Number, the type of company that they are registered as and where. The address has always been on my letterhead and other documents, but now the extra details will be too. For your ease, the details have now been included:

  • Company Name: Elaine Clayton Notary Public Limited
  • Company Registration Number: 14766260
  • Place of Registration: England
  • Registered Address: 18 Vale Drive, New Brighton, Wallasey, Wirral CH45 1LY, England.

The bank details have also been updated. These new details will be on your invoice, and if you are a returning customer, this will be specifically highlighted to you in a chain of emails. You will not receive a fresh email from telling you that the details have changed. You will receive a communication from me that they are different, and this is also in my standard email confirmation. If you have any questions, about this, please do not hesitate to contact me.

In addition to the bank details, I have also included a QR code on the invoice. This will allow you to make payment digitally via SumUp. As with the PayPal link, you will need to enter the amount you need to pay, and again this is all in your normal confirmation email I send when confirming the appointment time and arrangements.

All email addresses and contact numbers remain the same as will the logo and website (with the company additions above). If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
